Southland Mechanical Inc. was founded in Orlando, Florida in 2002 by brothers Jim and Bill O’Rourke. Jim and Bill both have extensive experience, having worked in the industry a combined totally of over 50 years. We serve all of the Central Florida area from Tampa to Daytona including the Space Coast.
Southland Mechanical has become a trusted and reliable name in the HVAC industry over the past 22 years and takes pride in getting the job done effectively and on time.
